Trace and access

Have an ongoing leak but unsure where the source of the issue is? Give us a call and we can arrange for Kester and a leak detection engineer to attend. We provide you with a report and photos of the trace and access work undertaken for the insurers and can also provide quotations for any remedial works.

Fire stopping

We have trained staff to undertake fire stopping works in communal areas. The areas are labelled and photos of the completed work sent to you for your files.

Health and Safety remedial works

Have you recently had a health and safety report undertaken on your site? Kester can assist you with helping you to understand what work needs to take place to make the property more compliant. We can provide you with quotations to under take these works and provide you with completed work photos for your files.
